I grew up in Michigan and moved to Charlottesville to attend the University of Virginia from which I graduated in 2023. These days, you’ll usually find me out on a bike ride, trying a new restaurant around town, playing a board game with friends, or spending time with my partner (a UVA medical student) and our dog, Squiggles.

Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I picked up my first camera when I was eight years old, and what started as a hobby became something I spent countless hours pursuing throughout high school. I couldn’t tell you exactly why I fell in love with photography—it just kind of happened.

While I photograph everything from engagements to frat parties, sports have always been my favorite. I love capturing not only competition but also the personalities, friendships, and moments that exist around the team.

My goal for every session is simple: I want you to enjoy it. You don’t need modeling experience or a Pinterest board of poses. I take a laid-back approach because I think the best photographs happen when people are comfortable enough to be themselves. We’ll take our time, laugh a little, and create photos that feel genuine.

At the end of the day, I hope you leave with more than great photos. I want you to feel like you had a fun experience and that you received far more than you expected. My style is simple: no matter where we are or what’s happening around us, people are always at the center of the frame. The scenery helps tell the story, but it’s the people that make it worth remembering.
