Shorter events should use the hourly rate. Hourly is perfect for; a practice, a fixed length event, a single session, game or match.

Longer events should use the day rate option. Day rates are best for; full race coverage (community triathlon or marathon), multi-session meet, or tournaments.

As many as I can give you as this depends on the length and lighting of the event. You will receive every photo that makes me look good as an artist (usually a lot).
